Open Innovation if implemented properly directs ideas to where they
can be handled most effi ciently, reducing time-to-market, utilising resources both internally and externally to your own organisation and should generate more value for every party involved. In these tough economic conditions it may be the way that the latent innovation potential of your organisation is
unlocked to give you key competitive advantage. To enhance the creation of stronger linkages during and after the workshop amongst
the participants we have split the workshops under four broad sector
themes at venues which are appropriate to that sector.
- Motorsport, aerospace and advanced engineering/manufacturing at the
Nissan Technical Centre Europe, Cranfield on 10 February between 4pm
and 6.30pm.
- Assistive Technologies, Medical Devices, Health and Wellness and
related professions at Cranfield University on 11 February between 8am
and 10.30am.
- Creative, Digital and Media and related sectors, at the Knowledge
Media Institute, The Open University on 16 March between 4pm and
6.30pm.
